Recently Google has introduced brand new application to scan the old printed images to digital format. Now it’s Adobe’s turn, which will let you scan your documents using a smartphone or tablet as a document scanner.
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android and iOS includes a scan tool. Those who’ve already installed the app simply need to update it.
It will allow you to snap a picture of a business card, receipt, contract, old photo or anything and save it as a PDF.
Adobe claims that this tool is powered by the new Adobe Sensei machine learning platform, which will automatically detect the edges of a document, correcting perspective and making the text sharp and easy to read.
The advantage that Scan offers is its integration with Adobe Reader by adding annotations, and electronically sign contact on the go without leaving the Acrobat Reader.
You can then directly share the scans via Box, Document Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, SharePoint, or any of your preferable integrated storage options.
How to Use it:-
1. First of all, Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader app or update the app.
2. Then open the app and you will directly get the scan option.
3. Next you can crop, rotate & use magic tool to edit the scanned document.
4. Tap on Save PDF. That’s it Done.
All of this functionality is offered for free on the Acrobat Reader app.
